I wanted to show you an interesting headcanon I had for quite some time. Rumble seems to be a sensitive cute colt, but he's not afraid of lightning bolts and thunderstorms. Quite contrary: he loves them and sometimes he likes causing them. His brother too.

You think why a pegasus colt with a name ''Rumble'' shouldn't be a ceraunophile? ;P

Well several fanarts of Rumble with a cutie mark usually depicts him with a dark cloud with a lightning bolt for a cutie mark, and even in fanfics. So yeah, a lot of people can agree that Rumble’s cutie would be similar to that of Thunderlane.


And it makes sense, Rumble dreams on becoming a Wonderbolt, and it has been shown what they leave in their trail as they fly at fast speed
